The Dredger is the Road Transportable type and is of robust construction,
suitable for heavy duty and durable operations in tropical climates and in
sheltered waters. The size and weights of the various components
permit transport by road, rail or ship. |

The side pontoons are constructed from 8mm plate on the bottom, 6mm plate
on the sides and top with frames at 500mm spacings. Engine/Pump
pontoon constructed from 8mm plate on the bottom, 6mm plate on the sides and
top with 370mm x 370mm x 150Kgs RSJ main framework with frames at 500mm
spacings. |

Tonne hydraulic winch for hoisting and lowering the Cutter Ladder.

operated from main control cabin. |

Modern control cabin, ergonomically designed, housing all controls for
full operation of all dredging functions. Fitted with air conditioning
and 2 bunks for overnight watchmen. |

24 Volt earth return with 175 Amp alternator. Full engine
instruments, Oil and Water temperature/pressure alarms on engines. |

Paint system: |
|
| |
Jotun marine grade two part epoxy paint applied internally and externally
to all surfaces. All steel is shotblasted and primed. |

Build Time: |
|

23/24 Weeks plus 10 days for trials from receipt of order and first
payment. |

Trials: |
|
| |
Trials will be conducted at our yard at Skibbereen, Co, Cork, Ireland,
which will include instruction on operation, maintenance and launching of
the dredger. The unit will be supplied with full engineering manuals
for all major component parts along with detailed operation manual of the
overall unit. |
|
Warranty: |
|
| |
12 months on all new component parts and 6 Months on reconditioned
caterpillar engine |
|
Training: |
|
| |
Please note we Do Not Send Engineers to Nigeria |
| |
Operator training will be given at our works at Skibbereen, Co, Cork,
Ireland, which will include instruction on operation and maintenance of the
dredger together with instruction on assembling and launching the dredger. |

Guide Prices: |
|

Dredger fitted with reconditioned Caterpillar engine. GBP £745,000
Ex Works. Dredger fitted with
new Caterpillar engine. GBP £765,000 Ex Works.
These prices are for the date of
the 18th January 2010. Due to world price increases on engines and
components caused by continual prices rises for oil we cannot hold these
prices for more than 60 Days from 18.01.2010. |

Payment Terms: |
|
| |
25 percent with order followed by two further payments of 25 percent each
build progress stage payments. The final payment to be made on
completion of trials which will take place at Skibbereen, Co, Cork, Ireland.
We require an inspector to be appointed by the buyer to inspect the building
progress and authorise the various stage payments. |
|
Validity |
|
| |
Due to continual price rises from Caterpillar and other manufacturers, we
must limit the validity of this quotation to 60 Days from 28.01.2010. |
|
Please Note: |
|
| |
Do not ask for a greater dredge depth than you need as this adds a
considerable amount to the cost of the dredger, due to the fact the pontoons
have to be larger to support the extra weight, winches have to be larger,
hydraulic power has to be increased to handle the extra weight. |
| |
In order to save money on a quotation, please give us the following
information. |

1, Area of operation. |

2, Maximum dredge depth. |
| |
3, Maximum distance for dredge spoil to be pumped. |
| |
4, Preferred make of engine, (Caterpillar engines are the most
expensive, other makes can be cheaper and just as good). |
